Artist statement

I have always moved between two worlds – music and image. One chapter naturally led to the other.
For many years, music was my primary language. Music exists only in the moment of its performance. Once the tone fades, it ceases to exist.
Photography operates under the same conditions. It exists only in the moment the shutter is released. Every photograph emerges from a situation that will never occur in the same way again.
This transience and unrepeatability are what draw me to photography. Within the constant flow of change, I search for brief moments of balance – when light and space align.
The resulting image does not copy reality. It transforms it through perception into an image that exists only here and now.
